June 27: from Steelhead PP to Kamloops to Mt. Robson and the Canadian Rockies
Kamloops. Big crossroads city at Highway 1 and 5 where we did laundry and stocked up our provisions at Safeway-- and used their wifi access (in the parking lot) to update bunceman.com. After filling up on diesel, we were heading north on Highway 5 by noon.
Highway 5 was fast (100 kmph speed limit) and smooth-- made good time covering the distance to Mt. Robson National Park, the farthest north on our trip through the Pacific Northwest, and the beginning of the Canadian Rocky mountains...
