June 23: a lighthouse, some boardwalks, lots of boardwalks along the Pacific Rim
Two nights at Green Point campground so we could explore the west coast of Vancouver Island on the Pacific Rim road. We started in the southern most city of Ucluelet to see a lighthouse. Then we tooled north and turned left onto Willowbrae Road, the first of some very cool boardwalks and steps that took us to the beach at Wya Point.
Followed by more boardwalks at the Wikaninnish Interpretive Centre...
And still more boardwalks and steps through temperate rainforests of redcedar, hemlock and hanging gardens of moss...
"We don't inherit the earth..."
