...and I was wasted. I was no longer leaning forward grabbing the tops of the brake handles to power up what I thought would be the last significant climb of the day. Legs, arms, neck, back.. when I'm struggling, I place my hands on the pads of my aerobars and sit more upright, and concentrate on just turning the crank one peddle at a time. The reward, of course, is the ride back down...
