| The waterfall above comes from Huntington Lake.. after the infamous Big Creek grade.. which began shortly after these two pics were taken. 'Infamous'.. I was told by another cyclist that the Big Creek grade (4.5 miles at a 20% incline) was the 'krux' of the ride. I had not done it before and will likely not do it again. Not just steep.. hot, no breeze and no shade. The effort would affect the rest of the ride... |
