Continuing to our day's destination of Meteora, I noticed a power facility in the distance. I initially thought nuclear, but Basil said it burned coal, a major power source for Greece... because it is so readily available as a cheap source of energy. Basil said that, as a country, Greece is aware of coal-burning's detrimental affect on the environment.
