| Local law enforcement moved people away from the gate to make way for a tinted-windowed car leaving and the ceremonial regiment that would be marching in to begin the hour-long Changing of the Guard. All along the perimeter, the people were thickly layered next to the fence. Peggy and I decided not to contend with the crowds to get a clear look or photo... |
