| The Changing of the Guard... or more specifically, the Queen's Guard do their changing (Guard Mounting), with their full-dress uniform of red tunics and bearskin hats, every day at 11:30am from May to July, and on alternate dates throughout the rest of the year. Research tells me that when the Queen is not present, there are only two (ceremonial) guards. The real protection here is the guy on the right with his finger on the trigger of an AK-47. |
