After another Scottish breakfast at the B & B, we headed out on foot along the Water of Leith Walkway. Our destination was the HMY (Her Majesty's Yacht) Britannia, the former Royal Yacht of the current British monarch, Queen Elizabeth II. It was built in 1953, commissioned in 1954, and decommissioned in 1997. It was an excellent self-guided tour with a handset to describe each of the rooms in four levels of the yacht. Quite the English royal attention to detail and accommodation.

The Britannia is moored next to the Ocean Terminal Shopping Center where we had lunch before walking along the waterfront and eventually turning back towards the city centre and spending some time at the Glasshouses of the Royal Garden. Also worth a stop.
