Before leaving the Edencoille B & B, Peggy wanted a picture of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves… small, painted, outside clay figures on the side of the house. There were also some gnome adornments in the front yard. But it was the inside of the B & B where one could see quite a collection of collectable figurines (fairies and princesses and such) in display cases throughout. In our bathroom there were at least 50 small plastic containers of lotions and soaps on various ledges. To be polite, I didn't take any pictures inside, except for the chandelier on the ceiling.

After visiting the Invermoriston Falls, it was off to the largest loch in Scotland, Loch Ness. It holds as much water as all the other lochs combined. Our next destination was Urquhart Castle. The present ruins date from the 13th to the 16th centuries, and is one of the most visited Scottish castles in the 21st.

Carisbrooke Guest House in Inverness was our next overnight stop. After we secured our room, we went for a walk along the River Ness (lochs are named after the rivers that flow into them).
