Peggy and I took a guided kayak trip in and around Morro Bay. Morro Rock is a the most popular of the nine sister chain of peaks, as it can be seen from many locations... including 25 miles away as you ascend Highway 46 from Highway 1 near Cambria. The PG&E smoke stacks have also become as familiar a landmark as the rock itself.
