After a full day of walking and sightseeing, we stopped at the Capitol City Brewery for some refreshment. The people who sat at this table had left. I had noticed this gentleman sitting on the curb outside the establishment with others as we entered. Shortly after, he walked in as well talking to himself, scoping the edible and drinkable fare left behind by customers... finally settling for one to his liking. I assumed this was a regular occurance as the hostess did not intervene. So after also partaking of a portion of a cigarette left behind, he got up and left and assumed his spot on the curb... having taken the glass of beer/soda mix with him.
