So we're at the Buenos Aires International Airport wanting a glass of wine while waiting to catch our plane to New York. Had never seen one of these wine dispensers before. The waitress gave us a card to insert top center. Then pick the wine you want, hold your glass under the spigot, and press the button for a half serving, three quarter serving, or our choice, a full serving. When you're done, you take the card to the cashier and pay for the wine. Interesting.
