The Hoh Rainforest is part of Olympic National Park. It receives over 12 feet of rain a year and consists of giant western hemlock, Douglas-fir and Sitka spruce trees... and as quoted in the Olympic park summer 2008 issue of the Bugler, "Moss-draped bigleaf maples create a magical scene that obliterates all sense of time..."
