| June 11, 2006: Was feeling strong until I reached Highway 88. I had a bit of trouble with elevation on my Cherry Lake ride and was feeling it again. I managed to reach the Carson Pass, however, where Peggy was waiting with the Fed. I racked the bike and we drove down the eastern side of the Sierra to Grover Hot Springs State Park. During the late spring after the snow melt, one can see snow flowers. |
